Escherichia (E coil) is a bacteria that can result in severe health problems that require hospitalization and medical treatment. Outbreaks from contaminated food are preventable with quality checks. If a food company doesn’t maintain product safety, they may be liable for damages.

Earplugs (3M Combat)

Over the course of 12 years, 3M sold defective earplugs to the military. Affected service members are suing the company due to their hearing loss.

To help infants with the pain of teething, parents sometimes use teething rings, gels, or medications. One product, Hyland’s Teething Tablets, has been recalled because of a link to 10 deaths and many more adverse reactions, including seizures.

Juul was marketed as a safer alternative to smoking. After a major vaping lung disease outbreak swept the U.S., the public learned that the products weren’t as safe as advertised, and lung condition sufferers have a chance to hold Juul accountable.
