It’s the battery component that is most likely to fail and cause users’ injuries.

E Coli Contamination not accepting new claims

Escherichia (E coil) is a bacteria that can result in severe health problems that require hospitalization and medical treatment. Outbreaks from contaminated food are preventable with quality checks. If a food company doesn’t maintain product safety, they may be liable for damages.

Earplugs (3M Combat)not accepting new claims

Over the course of 12 years, 3M sold defective earplugs to the military. Affected service members are suing the company due to their hearing loss.

EzriCare and Delsam Pharma Artificial Tearsactive litigation

Bacterial contamination in bottles of Artificial Tears marketed by EzriCare® and Delsam Pharma® have led to several infection-related illnesses. Some users of the eye drops experienced blindness; others had infections that spread throughout their body. Use of the product has even caused death.

When you use a car key, you turn it and the engine stops. With a keyless ignition, the engine may continue to run even if you leave the vehicle. If you’re in an enclosed space like a garage, the exhaust may build up and kill you.

Working with an exposed rotary blade may cause “kickback” where wood can be thrown back, causing serious harm and may possibly cause the operator to lose his balance and fall onto the blade.

Takata Airbagsnot accepting new claims

Normally, in an accident, an airbag inside a steering wheel quickly inflates to cushion the driver and prevent serious injuries. These airbags have been recalled because they can inflate too violently, blowing themselves apart, injuring and killing drivers.
