The MVP Group has issued a recall for nearly 720,000 glass jar candles with lids that were sold at various retailers. If you believe you’ve been affected by this recall and need legal assistance, consider contacting a product liability lawyer or a candle recall attorney for guidance.

Big Lots, Dollar General, and Family Dollar sold the recalled candles. The brands affected include Living Colors Candles, Everyday Reflections, True Living, and Everyday Home. The recalled candles were sold in 18-ounce glass jars between February 2015 and November 2015.

At least 16 consumers have reported lacerations sustained when the glass lid broke while opening the candle. Some injuries even required stitches. If you or a loved one has experienced such injuries due to a defective product, it’s important to consult a product injury lawyer to explore your legal options.

Consumers can visit www.mvpgroupint.com to learn more about the recall. MVP Group is issuing refunds to consumers who purchased the recalled candles.

If you or anyone you know has been injured as a result of an unsafe product, contact a board certified personal injury attorney to evaluate your potential claim.
