After obtaining policy limits from the distracted driver, we secured an additional $150,000 from the underinsured motorist (UIM) carrier for our client who was injured in a serious rear-end collision. The distracted driver failed to control their speed and neglected to stop at the red light, rear-ending our client. Our client suffered nasal and rib fractures along with a brain hemorrhage.
