Houston Attorney Michael Simcoe

Attorney Michael Simcoe

Many personal injury attorneys try to settle their clients’ cases as quickly as possible without fighting for the fair and just amount because they want to move on to the next client. Mike Simcoe understands the difficult situation his clients have faced and believes in delivering justice for them. This may involve going to court and Mr. Simcoe is a seasoned trial attorney who has more than 130 cases to verdict.

“I have helped my clients regain their life and get financial justice” Mr. Simcoe said. “Although many cases are resolved without a trial, it is important to have an experienced trial attorney who is willing to fight for his clients against the insurance company. These companies know I won’t back down and will not hesitate to take a case to trial unless they compensate my clients for their losses and pain.”

Mr. Simcoe has been practicing law for over 20 years, and is driven by his profound desire to help restore the lives of his clients, while showing them the compassion they deserve.

“I understand the pain, stress, and anxiety that people experience after suffering serious injuries from someone else’s wrong doing. They often don’t know who to trust during an extremely difficult time for them. I am glad that I can help them and there is no better reward than delivering amazing results and seeing a happy client.”

Mr. Simcoe received most of his education, including his law degree, in New Jersey before moving to Texas where most of his family resides. He has exclusively specialized in the field of personal injury law throughout his career.
