Our attorney negotiated a settlement agreement for a father of three, who was injured in a car wreck with his wife and young daughters. Our client was a front-seat passenger, and his wife was driving. While they were stopped at a red light, an intoxicated teen driver rear-ended their vehicle.
The teen driver was charged with possession of marijuana and failed a field sobriety test. Because of his extremely negligent behavior, our client had to leave his family at the scene of the crash to seek emergency medical treatment at a local hospital.
