Obtained a policy limits settlement for a woman injured in a four-car pileup, where her vehicle was rear-ended and pushed into the car in front of her. The client suffered neck and back injuries, which became chronic. She also developed chronic, short-term memory deficits which were attributed to a mild traumatic brain injury from the crash. These were diagnosed after testing initiated at the request of our firm.
