Taxi driver was struck by a man who ran a red light. Client suffered a displaced fracture of his right middle finger, which required surgical fixation. The surgery left the client’s middle finger permanently partially extended, which impaired his ability to function as a cab driver, as he had limited ability to lift luggage. He also could no longer fully close his hand.
