28 year old man struck by 18 wheeler who made an unsafe lane change.
Client required two rounds of pain management treatment in order to return to job as a nurse. Initial pain management doctor did not resolve problem, so we referred client to a different doctor, whose treatment was successful. Insurer would not accept lost wage information based on inability of client to return to nursing without full duty release. Worked with employer to obtain more detailed documentation without filing suit.
