Obtained a substantial settlement for a truck driver injured during loading of bundles of plastic pipe when forklift operator failed to stack bundles safely, resulting in a 13,000 lb. bundle of pipe falling and striking the client. Our client suffered a burst fracture of the L4 vertebral body (lumbar spine), and fractures of three ribs, his ankle, and a finger, and underwent extensive treatment, including spinal injections.
