Our attorney negotiated a $245,000.00 settlement for a client rear ended by a drunk driver, when she and her husband were on the way home from a fishing trip. As they were merging onto the highway, the drunk driver crashed into their truck bed at highway speeds. The impact destroyed their vehicle and sent our client to the emergency room in an ambulance.
