A pallet jack collision severely crushed our client’s foot. After 30 days of doctors trying to save as much of his foot as possible, he was forced to have his foot amputated just below the toes. The amputation was followed by several months of painful therapy and relearning to walk. Thankfully, he was able to return to full-time work.
