Obtained a significant settlement from a non-subscriber employer, after a coworker dropped an object onto the foot of the employee client, resulting in the client suffering an injury to the toes and foot. The condition progressed into Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (also known as Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy), and treatment was disputed, delayed, and denied by the employer’s health plan.
