Obtained a policy limits settlement for a client injured in an intersectional collision. The defendant ran a stop sign. Our client’s car rolled over, and her daughter and she were briefly trapped in the vehicle (daughter’s case was settled separately). The client suffered injuries to her neck, shoulder, and low back, and required injections to her shoulder and back, and disk surgery to her neck.
