Obtained a substantial settlement for our client who was five weeks post back surgery, when he was hit by a vehicle exiting a parking garage. Subsequently, the man (in his 60’s) experienced aggravation of preexisting neck, back, and right arm conditions, all made worse by the trauma of the crash. After several pain management procedures and two surgeries to his arm, he was left in chronic pain. The causal connection between the crash and the injuries was disputed.
