Warehouse worker’s foot was run over by co-worker driving forklift.
A co-worker ran over the plaintiff’s foot with a forklift at a warehouse store, while both of them were stocking shelves. The plaintiff sustained fractures to several bones in her foot, which did not require surgery. The employer did not carry workers compensation insurance, but paid plaintiff’s medical bills and lost wages. The plaintiff’s net is over and above the medical bills and lost wages.
