Minor plaintiff was riding in a golf cart being operated by teenage daughter of the owner of the golf cart. The driver made too sharp a turn and the minor was ejected from the golf cart, suffering a head injury. Obtained a policy limits settlement from the homeowners’ insurance plus a policy limits settlement from the minor’s mother’s uninsured motorist insurer.
