Two Injured When Plane Crashes in Midland

News reports state that the plane crashed into a truck in the middle of a Midland parking lot.

October 12, 2018 – 10:30 am: Two people were injured after a small plane crashed on a parking lot in Midland, Texas on Friday morning. There were two injuries in the crash.

The crash took place at the parking lot on the Claydesta Center on Friday morning, and the cause of the crash was not immediately clear.

The airplane hit a pickup truck, which was parked in the lot at the time. The roof of the pickup caved in from the impact, but fortunately, no one was inside at the time of the accident.

The individuals who were injured in the crash received only minor injuries and were taken to the hospital soon afterward.

Police from the Texas Department of Public Safety began their investigation very soon after the crash, but the primary investigation will be conducted by the FAA (Federal Aviation Authority).

At this point, there is no word on what caused the plane to crash. The investigation is ongoing at this time, and the people who were in the plane are expected to fully recover.
