One Killed in Crash Involving Multiple Motorcycles and a Semi

According to the Texas Department of Public safety, investigators are still trying to come up with a clear idea of what happened.

May 9, 2019 – 10:04 am: One person was killed and one was injured in a crash that involved multiple motorcycles and a semi-truck on Thursday morning.

The crash took place about four miles north of Lockhart, Texas. It happened on the northbound lanes of Toll 130.

Details concerning the cause of the crash are not available at this time. One person was killed, while one other was injured, and five people were unharmed in the accident.

Northbound 130 was shut down after the accident, and as of 1:30 p.m. on Thursday it was expected to remain shut down for another two hours.

The victims of the crash have not been publicly identified at this time.
