Man Dies When SUV Repo Turns Deadly

According to police, the man was trying to stop a tow truck driver from repossessing SUV when he fell off the vehicle.

May 2, 2019 – 7:30am: Alberto Nduli, 68, was killed after falling off of his SUV when a tow truck driver tried to repossess his vehicle.

The accident took place on S. Gessner on Thursday morning.

Nduli woke up on Thursday morning to find a tow truck driver in the process of repossessing his SUV. He was confronting the tow truck driver in front of his house when the driver started down the street.

Nduli jumped on top of the SUV and the driver kept going. After a while, Nduli fell off of the vehicle and hit his head on the concrete. The tow truck driver kept going, dropping off the SUV before returning to the scene of the crash.

Police expect that the driver of the tow truck will be charged with failure to stop and render aid. The driver has not been publicly identified at the present time.
