Five Injured in Tuesday Morning Crash

According to Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez, the most seriously injured person in the crash was a child of 11 years.

April 16, 2019 – 7:30 am: Five people, including three children, were injured in a head-on accident that took place early on Tuesday morning in northern Harris County. Fortunately, all five victims are expected to survive their injuries.

The crash took place on Orange Grove Drive, near the intersection with Vickery Street. It was a head-on collision, and according to Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez, one of the two vehicles in the crash caught fire after the accident.

Witnesses on the scene helped the children in the vehicle to get out and into safety.

Three children were injured in the crash, as well as two adults. Gonzalez reports that one of the children was “in bad shape,” but emergency responders were able to stabilize his condition before taking him to the hospital for further treatment.

The cause of the accident is still unclear at the present time. None of the victims of the accident have been publicly identified at this time. Investigation into the cause of the accident is still ongoing at the present time.
