18-Wheeler Flips After Major Harris County Accident

News reports state that the accident shut down both northbound and southbound lanes for some time after the crash.

 

December 26, 2018 – 10:00 pm: Several minor injuries have been reported after a major crash that took place in the northwestern part of Harris County on Wednesday night.

The crash took place on the 11100 block of Veterans Memorial, near West Gulf Bank.

According to deputies, minor injuries were reported in the accident, although no information is available concerning how many injuries there were, the extent of the injuries, nor the circumstances leading up to the crash.

News reports also fail to specify how many vehicles were in the crash. There is some speculation that slick road conditions may have been a factor contributing to the crash, although this speculation remains unconfirmed.

The identities of those involved in the crash, those injured in the crash, and the extent of injuries sustained in the crash are all unknown at this time.

Traffic on both the north and southbound lanes of Veterans Memorial was closed for some time after the accident, but they have been reopened since the accident. The crash is still under investigation at this time.
