One Dead, Two Injured in Harris County Crash

According to news reports, two children were hospitalized after the crash, but their conditions have not been made available to the public.

 

January 9, 2019 – 4:30 pm: An unidentified 80-year-old man was killed in a two-vehicle crash that took place on Wednesday afternoon in the Huffman area of Harris County. Two children in the other vehicle were hospitalized in unknown condition after the crash.

The accident took place near the intersection of FM 2100 and Fairway Crossing Drive.

The man was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash when officers of the Harris County Sheriff’s Office arrived. The children who were injured were seriously hurt, but their condition is not known at this time.

The driver of the second vehicle was not injured in the accident. The identities of the driver, the children, and the man who died in the accident have not been released at this time.

The cause of the accident is also unknown at this time. Police have not commented on who was at fault in the crash. The area around the accident was blocked off for a time, but traffic is flowing normally now.

The accident is still under investigation.
