Three Injured in Katy Freeway Crash

According to the Harris County Sheriff’s Office, two Life Flight helicopters were called in to airlift the victims to the hospital.

April 9, 2019 – 9:00 pm: Three people were injured in a crash that took place on the Katy Freeway in west Houston on Tuesday night. The identities of the victims of the crash have not been made public, and it is not clear how seriously they were injured.

The accident took place on the Katy Freeway near Fry Road in Harris County. The crash involved two vehicles. Police have not released any information concerning the cause of the crash or the circumstances leading up to the accident.

The intersection was blocked off for a time. Even though the accident took place in Harris County, the Houston Police Department is taking the lead in the investigation. The Harris County Sheriff’s Office has been supporting them with traffic control while the investigation is going on.
