Steve Waldman has practiced personal injury trial law since 1980 and has spent his entire life in Texas. He was born in Beaumont, graduated from Forest Park High School in 1974, and completed his graduate work at the University of Texas Law School in 1980. That same year, he was licensed by the Supreme Court of Texas and has advocated for hundreds of injured clients since.
Steve has been board certified in Personal Injury Trial Law since 1986, and since 2011, he has been among the select attorneys to receive the Super Lawyer designation by Thomson Reuters. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, the Houston Trial Lawyers Association, and the Dallas Trial Lawyers Association. He has acted as lead attorney for a variety of personal injury and wrongful death cases, including product liability, trucking accidents, construction accidents, automobile accidents, medical and hospital negligence, and maritime injuries.
Steve enjoys being active in community, religious and charitable initiatives, and has contributed to the Houston Food Bank, the American Red Cross, the Institute for Sustainable Peace, and The Institute for Research and Rehabilitation. In his free time he enjoys playing the guitar, traveling, reading history, and running.
